Automated Notifications
Texts (and later emails) RIELITY OS sends to clients on its own — confirmations, reminders, payment and contract nudges — plus every text in and out. Everything starts switched off.
Automated Notifications are only visible to the account administrator.

Recent activity
Every text sent to the business number. New numbers become inquiries in Studio Manager and get the welcome reply once (Settings → Welcome reply); known clients alert Client Care. Replies go out from the business number and are recorded here.

Planned notifications
The planner looks at every project every 15 minutes and plans up to 45 days ahead; due messages go out within 5 minutes. Each one is re-checked right before it goes out (still confirmed, still unpaid, link still valid…). Payment texts wait here for your approval. Cancelling or moving one here sticks — the planner won't undo it.
Paused clients & projects
Nothing automatic goes to a paused client or project (e.g. a session running late, or a client who asked for a break). Manual messages still work.
Automation rules
When something happens, what goes out, to whom and when. Safety checks a rule needs (e.g. “balance is due” for a payment text) are always applied. Rules run on their own once texting is switched on in Settings (Simulate, Test or Live). Rules marked “Phase E/G” start with those phases.
Message templates
The wording of each message. Placeholders like {{clientFirstName}} are filled from the real project; a message with anything missing is never sent.

SMS consent on invoices
Clients agree to texts only through the optional section on their invoice (or in their portal) — never from a website form, a payment or a phone number on file. The section appears on every invoice once both pages below are published. Each change to the wording is a new version; every client’s consent keeps the exact version they saw.
Earlier versions
Welcome reply to new texters
The automatic reply when someone texts the business number for the first time (switch it on in Rules → “Welcome reply to new texters”; wording in Templates). It only says the message was received and shares the rate card — never prices, availability or policies.
SMS consent
A phone number on file is not permission to text. Consent comes from the client only — the optional SMS section on their invoice, the client portal, or texting START after a STOP — so it can’t be recorded here. If a client asks you to stop texting them, record it below.
Rule
Each client gets the channels they chose (Phase F). Contract and questionnaire emails stay with their existing workflows.
